Return Policy

Due to the nature of our products (certificates and promotional items) all sales are to be considered final.
Please contact us within 30 days for questions, or remarks.

 


Order Processing/ Shipping:
All orders are processed and fulfilled within 24 hours of purchase.

 

If your purchase contains electronic certificates, please look for delivery in your email within 24 hours. (Weekends, up to 48 hours.)  Please make sure to add @3oclockclub.com to your address book to avoid any spam issues. If you do not see your delivery, please check your e-mail’s bulk mail folder in case your email provider has marked it as bulk mail/spam. If you do not see your order within 48 hours, please contact us to ensure your order was received.

If your order contains plastic cards, or actual paper certificates, your order is sent out via USPS first-class mail. USPS may take up the two full weeks to deliver. If you do not receive your purchase within 15 days, please notify us immediately.

 


Out of stock items:
If we are unable to fulfill your order due to an item being temporarily out of stock, an immediate refund will be issued to your purchasing credit card.

 

 


Cancellations:
We are not able to cancel any order that has already been processed, shipped or emailed.

 

 


Store Credit/Exchange:
Credits or exchanges will only be accepted from the original purchaser.  To process a return for a 3oclockclub credit, we require you to forward us your unused certificates. Be sure to include your name, phone number, address, and email address.  Please include your original purchase order number.

 

Credits and exchanges are only issued on non redeemed certificates.


Expired Certificates:
The expiration date on your voucher/certificate is a promotional sales date and taken seriously by merchants.
If your voucher has expired, the merchant (featured business on your voucher) should allow you, the purchaser, to redeem the voucher with the merchant for the amount paid by purchaser for the voucher for the applicable term under State and/or Federal laws.

 


Store/Business Closures:
Although we are not responsible for business closures and always urge our customers to use their certificates within a reasonable amount of time, we understand that these things can happen from time to time. Our goal has always been to feature the best businesses in the city; however, closures will happen in certain economic conditions that are uncontrollable by our company.

In the event of a business closure, the 3oclockclub will issue the original purchaser a 3oclockclub credit for the certificates' purchase price (not including shipping, handling & processing fees) for any validated, unused certificate for a period of 30 days after the original date of purchase
.

Please contact the merchant featured on the certificate directly for any adjustments, refunds or credits after this 30 day policy. It is at the discretion of the merchant to determine the appropriate type of refund, if any.

 

To return a certificate for a 3oclockclub credit due to closure, we require you to forward us your unused certificates within 30 days of the date of purchase, as well as your name, phone number, address, and email address along with your original purchase order number.   


Uncontrollable Acts:
We are not, will not, and cannot be held liable for any events that may or may not occur when redeeming your purchased certificates. We strive to work with honest, well-regarded businesses that are successful, and do not anticipate any bad experiences.
