Sushi Pink-located in the Chicago's hip West Loop area-is a labor of love by proprietor and Executive Chef Michael Chan. "I have always wanted to open up a cute and comfy Japanese-inspired eatery in the city," said Chan. "Sushi Pink is definitely that place. Anyone can stop by for a quick bite or a leisurely meal, any time during the week, without breaking anyone's budget." Indeed, with its reasonably priced menu, Sushi Pink has fast become one of the favorite neighborhood spots in the city.

Chan is particularly passionate about his imaginative maki creations. Though Sushi Pink features ubiquitous "classic" makis such as California and Dragon rolls, the real highlights are found in the "Special Maki-Roll" section of the menu. The uber-spicy, Korean-inspired Bloody Mary Roll already has a cult following; and a unique Wild Animal Roll (featuring steak, roast pork and duck, and an abundant portion of scallions)  will satisfy any carnivore who are not fond of raw fish. And for those vegans and vegetarians: Sushi Pink has something for you as well.
